Warranty Policy

Langtu products are all covered by a warranty.

Please Note: This warranty service is in addition to any rights and remedies granted to you by the seller or applicable law. Therefore, any remedies granted by Langtu or applicable law (such as the right to repair, claim damages, terminate the contract) remain unaffected, for example, the right to claim that a product does not conform within 12 months of the purchase date.

The warranty covers all defects that occur in the product during the warranty period described below and which do not conform to the product's specifications, subject to the following exclusions.

Unless otherwise specified in the documentation related to your purchase, the warranty period is twelve (12) months.

The warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to the first end user. If the serial number of the product has been altered or removed, this warranty does not apply, and the warranty is also terminated if you modify the software without Langtu's authorization.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

Accessories and spare parts sold separately (including but not limited to cables, leather straps) that are not bundled with Langtu products.

Defects caused by misuse, incorrect installation, improper maintenance/modification, or improper adjustment of the product, or negligence, including issues caused by incorrect use such as "burn-in," speaker overload, etc.

Defects caused by lightning, fire, flood, or other force majeure events.

Consumables (i.e., parts expected to be replaced regularly, including but not limited to ear cushions, loose cables), or situations where the consumable is used beyond its expected lifespan.

Batteries will have a warranty service of twelve (12) months.

To make a claim under the warranty for defects within the warranty period in cases not excluded by the warranty, if your product develops a defect within the scope of the warranty during the warranty period, please contact support@langtu.shop. Langtu will, at our discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with a product of the same or similar type and condition.

Langtu products labeled as special or limited editions are not guaranteed to be replaced with the same product upon replacement.

The warranty does not cover subsequent loss or indirect costs, or fees related to warranty claim services, such as loss due to the inability to operate the product. Products developed specifically for use in the selling country, such as defects or malfunctions resulting from different transmission systems and approval requirements, are not covered by this warranty if the defect or malfunction is due to the use of the product in other countries.

To make the warranty effective and submit a warranty claim, you must attach Langtu's original invoice (or purchase receipt) and provide photos or videos showing the product issues that align with our warranty policy.

If a customer discovers that the product or color does not match the order, please provide photos showing the product, along with a paper indicating the tracking number written or printed on it. Then, email us at support@langtu.shop to contact our customer service department within 7 days after the order is delivered.

Note: If the courier's website (e.g., DHL) shows "delivered" for more than 3 months, the delivery details on the courier website will be removed. The courier will offer no compensation for these orders; therefore, if a customer does not notify us to investigate the parcel within 3 months after the delivery status shows "delivered" on the courier website, we cannot provide a refund.

After receiving the product, if the customer wishes to return it for reasons unrelated to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the product returned to our warehouse in Hong Kong, we will issue a refund for the product cost via Stripe.
